LEY Nº 30220, Ley Universitaria Artículo 11. Transparencia de las Universidades Las universidades públicas y privadas tienen la obligación de publicar en sus portales electrónicos, en forma permanente y actualizada, como mínimo, la información correspondiente a:

11.1
The Statute, the Single Text of Administrative Procedures (TUPA), the Institutional Strategic Plan and university regulations.
11.2
The Minutes approved in the sessions of the Faculty Council, University Council and University Assembly
11.3
University Financial Statements, Modified Institutional Budget, Budget Execution Update and Balance Sheets
11.4
List and number of scholarships and educational credits available and awarded in the current year
11.5
Investments, reinvestments, donations, infrastructure works, resources from various sources
11.6
Research projects and expenses generated
11.7
List of required payments from students of all types, as applicable
11.8
Number of students by faculties and study programs
11.9
List of teachers, indicating class, category and curriculum
11.10
Number of applicants, entrants, enrolled and graduates per year and career
11.11
Salaries and bonuses and other incentives that are paid to the authorities and teachers in each category.

Procedimiento para solicitar información

1. Descargar formato de solicitud de información. “FORMATO PDF”
2. Pagar (caja de la UNSCH) y adjuntar recibo, por acceso a la información.
3. Presentar la solicitud mediante Mesa de Partes Virtual.
4. Se evalúa el petitorio de información.
5. Plazo de entrega de la información, en el transcurso de siete días.
6. Si no esta de acuerdo con la información obtenida , proceda con la impugnación respectiva para la reconsideración.
